Nourishing Breath Circle

Live monthly breathing sessions to slow down, observe, feel and nourish yourself in the presence of each other.

WHAT IS 'NOURISHING BREATH CIRCLE'

A group of breathers who meet monthly to slow down, receive support and nourish their whole being with their breath.

Monthly Guided Practice

We'll meet live online on Zoom once a month (usually Wednesday evenings, Europe time) for about 30 minutes of guided breath practice. Each month we'll choose a different theme to focus on together. 

Q&A, Connection and Support

After the guided practice you'll have time to reflect, connect to me and other fellow breathers and get personalised support for your breath practice.

Each session will be 45-60 minute long.

 "Developing breath awareness through yoga practice took time and effort, but the pay-off was multifaceted. However, because of my busy mind, I find myself choosing moving meditations and postponing still meditations for when I am asleep and my mind is quiet.
