"Developing breath awareness through yoga practice took time and effort, but the pay-off was multifaceted. However, because of my busy mind, I find myself choosing moving meditations and postponing still meditations for when I am asleep and my mind is quiet. That’s where I personally find value in Lina’s sessions. I am gently compelled to just hold still and breathe. For me, that’s a huge challenge. It is a wave I am still learning to ride and keep falling off. Since I tend to avoid it myself, it is nice to have Lina’s guidance which gives my body no choice but to – as counterintuitive that sounds – breathe and do nothing else."
