I'm a nature-loving human, Integrative Hypnotist, Yoga Teacher, and Change Worker and I care deeply about people coming back home to themselves, to each other, and to the Earth.
I do this work because I know what itโs like to live in a cage of anxiety, perfectionism, and unworthiness. I lost my brother to it. Iโve seen too many people suffer silently inside systems that profit from our pain and disconnection.
And Iโm done.
This is my rebellion: radical pause, radical self-care, radical worthiness.
