A human who deeply cares about people being connected to themselves, each other, and the Earth. I'm also an Integrative Hypnotist, Change Worker, and Yoga Teacher.
Why am I passionate about what I do?
Because for decades, I lived in the prison of anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, and unworthiness, trapped in the illusion that I was somehow separate, broken, or not enough. I lost my brother to it and have watched loved ones and my community fall into the same trap, over and over again.
And I’m mad. Not mad at you, but at the systems designed to keep us in this shitty hypnosis - systems that thrive on making us feel like we’re never smart, pretty, thin, successful, or good enough. They profit from our pain, our feelings of isolation, and our exhaustion. They keep us overworked, underpaid, and distracted so we don’t have the strength to fight back.
This is why I’m passionate about pausing. When we pause with intention, we not only reclaim our joy but also disrupt the broken systems in place and inspire others to do the same.
